The Society is governed by a Board of Trustees consisting of the President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, a representative from the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, the immediate past president, and five additional Trustees from among the annual members of the Society. The Librarian of the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims serves as an ex officio Honorary Trustee, and the Board may select any number of additional Honorary Trustees.
