In a historic first, the CAVC has announced that it will livestream its oral arguments beginning with today’s argument in Casey v. Wilkie, Vet. App. No. 18-1051. Viewers can watch the arguments at https://www.uscourts.cavc.gov/youtube.php.
Gregory Block, Clerk of the Court, sent the following message to the Court’s CM/ECF users:
I am writing to let you know that livestreaming of oral arguments begins April 23, 2019! Specifically, at 10 a.m. the Court will hear arguments in the case of Casey vs. Secretary Wilkie, Docket No. 18-1051.

When you get to our YouTube channel, you can watch the argument, subscribe to the channel, set reminders for upcoming arguments, and view them afterward on demand. As always, if you prefer to listen to the oral arguments at a later date, the Court will continue to upload audio-only files of the oral arguments to our website.
